The BPP Portal is currently closed. It will re-open January 2026.

The purpose of the BPP Portal is to allow taxpayers the option of completing their Business Personal Property listing forms and perform other maintenance (like address changes) to their BPP accounts online. This system was created in accordance with WAC 458-12-060 which states, "The listing may be delivered to the assessor either in person, by mail, or by electronic transmittal (e.g., internet-based application, e-mail, or facsimile) if available."

• If you do not have a Personal Property account, please email us at Personal.Property@clark.wa.gov with basic information about your business, including UBI number, to set up a new account.
• If you are using this portal for the first time, please click "Register for the BPP Portal". You will be asked to provide your email address, and you will be sent an email to that address with a link to set your password.
• If you have used this portal before, you may log in using the same email address and password you used previously. If you forgot your password or your password no longer works, you may reset it by clicking "Reset a Password".
